the hotel offered delicious and varied food options. i especially enjoyed the fresh falafel at breakfast. the beach was lovely, very close. i appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, particularly the reception team.

efficient process spacious room delicious cheese

Mr. Hamdi ensured our early check-in went SO smoothly. The process was efficient. Rooms are spacious AND cleaned daily. The white cheese at the hotel was delicious.

Some aspects of the facilities was a little dated.

faulty buttons broken phone

the hotel location was acceptable. the red sea view was quite nice.

the safety box had faulty buttons. it did not work . the room phone was broke the entire time. agreements are not respected, disappointing. i was very frustrated with the lack of functional amenities.
